I posted this recipe last year, just in time for your Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner.
I still cook some wedges for those who like it the traditional boiled way, but always make a big pan of this..
Cabbage, onions and bacon..
Pour off some of the fat.
Slice a large onion into thin slices.
Fry it in the bacon drippings.
Cut your cabbage into fine strips
Add the cabbage with salt, pepper, and a few good shakes of dry mustard powder, and stir fry .
Break the slices of bacon and crumble on the top, serve with your corned beef..
