Because my daughter's birthday fell on Thanksgiving Day this year, and also a great niece's birthday, we had ice cream cake for dessert (along with pumpkin pie!) on Thanksgiving so I didn't get a chance to use my Cornucopia cake pan..I loved the maple cake recipe that came with the pan, however, as I tried it last year. Hi Kathleen,

I love your tables from previous years. This cornicopia cake is sooo pretty! I would just hate to cut that, but I bet it's tasty. We ate at my MIL's, and I took a broccoli casserole and deviled eggs. We'll be eating at my parents' tomorrow evening. Hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving day.
