Tonight I am sharing a table I did for a dinner party.
This is my Christmas china, Lenox Eternal Christmas. I started collecting it around 2000, and Lenox discontinued it shortly thereafter..Bummer..
Dark green linens, Waterford
crystal, gold and silver flatware, gold metal chargers, glittered box name card holders.
I ran a burgundy ribbon down the center, then a garland of pine cones. I used fresh greens and baby’s breath, and some gold berries..
Burgundy votives..there is a burgundy tablecloth layered under the green
And that’s tonight’s table..

Kathleen, I wish you had invited me to that dinner party but maybe I could have one of those cookies instead! Love the centerpiece of fresh greens and flowers running down the length of the table, perfect for not obstructing sight lines and I'm sure it smells so Christmas-y. That Eternal Christmas china is beautiful, no wonder you are bummed at it being discontinued - I even love the name of it! Hope things are well with you and you are getting all your Christmas chores done! I'm taking a break tonight but have lots to do!

It is gorgeous, I love the rich gree of the tablecloth. I used my Lenox this week too and so as I look at yours, I think how wonderful it would look with mine! There really is nothing prettier...of course you can't beat Waterford crystal either. I love this one.

Kathleen, I always knew you created magic with your table arrangements, but I didn't know you could make things levitate...
...Your festive floating wreath is just right for the season, as is the beautiful table, and of course, the gingerbread people.
Kathleen, this is one of my favorite tablescapes ... I love the Lenox Eternal Christmas ... too bad they discontinued it. What I remember most is the wreath ... You had to explain to me that the wreath was on a mirror. Even knowing that, the pic still amazes me.
Your table is gorgeous, Kathleen. I have Lenox china also and am sorry to know that their lovely Christmas pattern is no longer in production. I have a pattern from the 40's and it's impossible to replace or add anything.
Kathleen...HOW BEAUTIFUL!! Your table looks so rich on that gorgoeus green! Your guests must have felt very sepcial to dine at such a table :)

Such a beautiful, elegant table. I happen to love green and gold together. Did that at our Historical Christmas Dinner where I work at an old Fort/Military state park. Not as pretty as yours but it was also Historical. We used what grows naturally here and then added only ornamens and things that are era appropriate. wish I had your talent for doing this.

Kathleen, I am rushing around like a chicken with its head cut off! LOL I need to clean the study before Mr. and Dan get home from the airport, but I had to make a quick visit! I love this dining table, with its green linens and gorgeous Lenox china. The garland and baby's breath is just elegant. I so love visiting all your pretties...
Hope all is well. It's dreary and rainy here. Had a very good day so I was productive and got some decorating done. I don't think I'll get the last tree up. Oh well. There is always next year. Take care, my friend.

Kathleen, I've never seen this pattern before...I love it! They shouldn't have discontinued it...it's gorgeous! Your tablescape is wonderful...love the wreath on the mirror. :-) I'm ready for Christmas again...shoot, it's just February! ;-)
